Refresh to be Less Stressed

Sometimes you need to sit and think

Let your thoughts flood your mind

But remember that you’re on the brink

Clear your eyes, so the grey clouds aren’t causing you to be blind

Do this on the daily, so you won’t grow insane 

Not just that, but if you do this it will help you get rid of your pain

Take deep breaths and let out the stress

You don’t want to be overwhelmed with the crazy mess

~oOo~

This is a great way to refresh

 To let out whatever emotion you have suppressed
